ETrackings API uses 5 key statuses to auto-tag delivery checkpoints when retrieving tracking information from couriers.
| Status | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| ON_PICKED_UP | Parcel has been picked up and entered into the system. | Your parcel has been picked up |
| ON_SHIPPING | Courier is currently shipping your parcel. | Our courier is delivering your parcel |
| ON_DELIVERED | Parcel has been delivered successfully. | Your parcel has been successfully delivered |
| ON_UNABLE_TO_SEND | Parcel could not be delivered. | Parcel was returned to sender — Nakhon Sawan |
| ON_OTHER_STATUS | Other statuses — parcel in transit, arrived at hub, etc. | Parcel is in transit — Samut Sakhon Sorting Center, Bangkok |
