Flash Express calculates shipping fees based on actual weight (kg) and dimensions (width + length + height in cm), using whichever value is greater. Starting rates are approximately 22 THB for parcels weighing up to 1 kg.

- Cash on Delivery (COD) service with a 2.5% fee, with funds transferred the next day
- Remote area surcharge of 50 THB
- Free parcel insurance with compensation up to 2,000 THB per item, or optional coverage up to 50,000 THB
