How to Identify a Courier from a Tracking Number
When you receive a tracking number but aren't sure which courier it belongs to, look at the prefix (the beginning characters).
- Starts with TH + mixed letters — likely Flash Express
- Starts with TBK or KEX — likely Kerry / KEX Express
- Starts with EE, RR, CP, ED, RB + ends with TH — Thailand Post
- All numbers, 12-13 digits — may be J&T Express
